- It has not been customized.

- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. We'll promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Refunds
